About Gail

I have operated my own law office as a sole practitioner since 1980. I focus my practice primarily on the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning and Probate Law.

I have handled Family Law cases of practically every type including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, modification of child support, modification of spousal maintenance, modification of child custody and parenting time, prenuptial agreements, relocation of children, and paternity.

I seek to assist family law clients in solving problems, creating options and achieving settlement wherever possible. If settlement cannot be reached, I represent clients in litigation and advocate for my clients’ position to the Court.

I listen thoroughly to all the concerns of my client and maintain open communication with my client. I am accessible to my clients, and make every effort to return telephone calls and emails promptly.

My goal in family law cases is to achieve a settlement of all issues that is comprehensive and fair. I am particularly concerned that the needs of children in family law cases are given the highest priority, and that the best interest of the children is the foundation of any agreement reached regarding custody and parenting time.

I assist my client in calculating child support and filing the necessary documents to either obtain an initial order of child support or a modification of an existing order of child support.

I do estate planning that involves the drafting of Trusts, Wills, Special Needs Trusts for disabled persons, Bypass Trusts and Powers of Attorney. I represent Personal Representatives in the probate of estates. I represent petitioners who are seeking to be appointed as either guardian or conservator. I also represent prospective protected persons or incapacitated persons in the guardianship.conservatorship process.

My goal in estate planning is to present my client with options for planning the distribution of their estate after death, and for handling their affairs during their lifetime should they become incapacitated. I assist Personal Representatives with the probate of the estates of deceased persons. I assist prospective guardians and conservators in getting appointed to that position by the court and in filing annual accountings.

I am a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Pima County Bar Association, the Collaborative Law Group of Southern Arizona, and the Christian Legal Society. I have served and continue to serve on various non-profit organization boards since 1980, and I have chaired several of these boards and committees. I have a strong commitment to serving others, and I enjoy providing leadership in the context of my service.
